The Palace of Culture and Science (Palac Kultury i Nauki, or PKiN) is the tallest and most dominant building in Poland, constructed between 1952 and 1955 as a gift from the Soviet Union to the people of Poland. The 231 metre-tall building currently serves as an exhibition hall, office complex, radio and television broadcasting centre, plus it holds cinemas, theatres, museums, and a conference hall for up to 3,000 people.
Established in 1992, ATM Grupa S.A. is Poland’s largest independent television and film production company, and the only one in the industry that is listed on the WSE.
